A Great price/quality ratio!

Our price are extremely reasonable all through the year, both in low and high season. There is the possibility to book single, double and triple rooms. Advance required only in high season.

Prices are in EURO and are per room and not per person.

Notes and services

• pets allowed:small sized and educated cats and dogs, (equipped with own cage and hygienic kit);
• crib for children on demand;
• initial and final room cleaning included in price;
• bed linen and towels included in price;
• Italian breakfast included in price.

 

General conditions and reductions

•  check-in: from 11.00(am);
• check-out: within 10.00 (am);
• children under 12 years old: reduction of 50%;
• children under 3 years old: free staying;
• Long periods: reduction up to 15-20% on the total of the reservation; (every case will be valued in relation to the period and to the accommodation demanded).

 

Payment conditions:

• to confirm the reservation it is necessary to send a postal transfer/order of 30% on the  total amount (50% for reservation of one night);
• For last-minute reservation it is possible to confirm without any previous payment ;
• the balance will be paid on arrival (preferably in cash. Credit cards are not accepted)
